This is simple, you need to only download 'Supper Bluetooth Hack' at any Google download Link available.
-After the downloading, install it on your phone.
-Get another Bluetooth enabled phone, connect the two mobile phones together through bluetooth on the app.
-Select "call" on the options menu and then select "dial number"
- Then input the number you want to call and OK.
Your own airtime wouldn't be deducted, it is the airtime on the other phone.
